Kentucky's football recruiting has been on a roll since Mark Stoops took over. Today the Wildcat nation added another stellar commit when Ohio WR/TE Keaton Upshaw announced he would wear the Blue and White of UK.
Keaton Upshaw announced his pledge to Kentucky in a Twitter post writing, "I am very excited to announce that I will be committing to the University of Kentucky!!"
In addition to UK, the 6-foot-7 tight end/wide receiver had a solid list of offers including Louisville, Purdue, Minnesota, West Virginia and more.
Upshaw, who is rated a 3-star prospect by all three of the national recruiting services, has the size and athleticism to create matchup problems for opponents. With a strong senior season he could earn a fourth star.
Upshaw is Kentucky's 14th commit of the 2018 recruiting class. For a complete list of all Kentucky commits along with a link to bios of the three major networks click HERE.
